Harvest Festival at Reynolds Alberta Museum
Date: September 3, 2022
The museum brings in the wheat crop using both steam and gasoline-powered vintage equipment. Demonstrations include threshing, tractor starting and driving, swathing, combining, ploughing and stoking. Kids can play carnival games and win prizes in the Family Fun Zone and visit animal friends in the petting zoo.

Pennhold Fall Festival
Date: September 10, 2022
The first night of the Penhold Fall Festival kicks begins the celebrations with a Craft Beer, Wine, & Spirits Festival, a Mini-Marathon, Show & Shine, and food options. Early the next day is a pancake breakfast, with several fun activities to follow: a parade, games, an outdoor market, Museum BBQ, and a fireworks display

Killam Scarecrow Festival

Spring Lake Fall Festival and Drive-in Movie
Date: September 10, 2022
Enjoy the fall market, live music, outdoor movie and more at the Spring Lake Fall Harvest Festival, just 45 minutes outside of Edmonton. You can watch the movie at the drive in or outdoors, bring chairs, blankets, and a radio if you want to sit outside.

Bonnyville Fall Fair & BBQ Bash

The fall fair is coming to town! On Saturday, September 10th, in conjunction with the Bonnyville Ag Society’s Fall Fair, Bonnyville’s BBQ Bash will put BBQ enthusiasts up against each other to see who will be crowned the best - and it’s your chance to try some of the best BBQ in Alberta.

Harvest Fair at Laurier Heights (Edmonton)

Enter the garden produce competition or trade with neighbours! Fields like Home Petting Zoo will be on site for visits with a pony, a cow, goats, sheep, pigs, bunnies, chickens, ducks, geese, ferrets! Spend the day playing intergenerational games, and enjoying with the harvest. There’s even line dancing, live music and a beer garden!

Smoky Lake Great North Pumpkin Festival Harvest Fair

Visit Smoky Lake for the Great White North Pumpkin Fair, stop by the giant pumpkin sculptures, and challenge your friends and family to the corn maze. You can enjoy the corn maze throughout fall, and they’ll offer extended hours for the fair. October 1st offers a full day of fun in town with a pancake breakfast, show and shine, a farmers’ market, beer gardens, and live entertainment.

Alberta Prairie Railway Fall Harvest Festival
Date: October 15, 2022
Get out of town for the festival! The harvest festival trips lasts two and one-half plus (2.5+) hours, and travel to Alberta Prairie’s COUNTRY HIDEAWAY. In keeping with the season, guests are invited to join us on one of four special experiences. Includes selecting very own pumpkin from our patch, hot chocolate and cookies, a burger or hot dog, family friendly activities, and much more.
