Alberta Railway Museum Opens this Weekend

Alberta Railway Museum opens for the season, this Saturday. If you haven’t explored the Alberta Railway Museum, it’s a fun and interactive weekend adventure, near Edmonton. There are over 75 cars to explore on-site, and you can even ride the speeder train as part of the experience, and explore the archive to learn about the history of the railway in Edmonton.

The museum is open on summer weekends only, from the May (Victoria Day) long weekend to the September (Labour Day) long weekend, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pre-booked visits are not required, you can visit and pay admission on site.

Alberta Railway Museum Birthday Parties

Alberta Railway Museum birthday parties are a fun way to celebrate, and it’s only $100 for the party. The birthday party price includes admission to the museum, train or speeder car rides (depending on the weekend) and clean up. Cake, food and decorations are not included.
