Hopefully the week of kite-flying-weather has passed, and we can enter our summer era of spray parks and playground picnics for dinner. Kick this weekend off with the midway carnival because there are three popping up in Edmonton area: Devon Days, Jaywalker’s Jamboree and ICE District Carnival.
