The 5K Foam Fest is returning to Edmonton for 2023. From a mega slide, to a mud pit, and lily pads to cross water, it’s a fun run that will get you muddy, foamy and sweaty on July 8, 2023.

At the Edmonton fun run, you can run through 2.5 million cubic feet of foam, scale 22+ obstacles and spend a summer day getting soaked and sweaty for a good cause.

Here’s what you can expect at the event:

• There are 22 obstacles with 2.5 million cubic feet of foam at the event - not only will you get to run through foam, but you’ll get to climb through obstacles

• The event is a splurge, at $69/ticket
