Finding Edmonton PD Day camps is a bit trickier lately, but parents still have plenty of options when it comes to finding Edmonton camps for kids. One of those camps is coming up twice this month, and offers children aged 6-11 the chance to combine history, adventure and becoming part of a flight crew - and even take part in a flight simulator.

Combined into two days: ground school and flight school, children can register for both days, or just one ($60/camp or $50/camp when you register for both days).

What can you expect from the Alberta Aviation Museum Flight PD day camp?

High-flying adventure returns as the Alberta Aviation Museum announces the return of the full-day PD Day Camp Program.

Campers aged 6-11 are invited to camps taking place on select Edmonton Public (and Catholic) School Board PD Days throughout the School Year  from 9:00am – 4:00pm.  Camps explore Edmonton’s rich aviation history while learning what future aviators need to know to take to the sky!

Children will have the opportunity to explore the museum, sit in the cockpit of one of our aircraft, and flex their creative muscles designing and testing flying objects, all while using their creativity and imagination to explore the world of aviation. All camps include time on the museum’s RedBird Flight Simulators.

You can register for the camp at www.albertaaviationmuseum.com.
