Swimming Lessons are Back ON for Fall 2020 - Here's Where to Sign Up

Swimming lessons are one of our integral part of our fall back to school plan in our house. Just like visits to have the kids eyes checked, registering for swim lessons is part of what we do during the fall - keeping the kids on track and building on those skills developed through the year. This year, Stella has regressed as the pools were closed, and lessons were cancelled due to COVID. With the pools slowly opening back up to visitors, she's been more confident swimming with regular practice - and we're happy to register for swimming lessons this fall, with new precautions in place. Here's where to register for Edmonton swimming lessons this fall -

Edmonton

Edmonton is running fall programming, with learn to swim programs, preschool programming, child programs, youth and adult programs at multiple recreation centres, throughout the city, at multiple days and times. Swimming lessons (parented) start at 4-months of age, and run until adulthood. What's different this year? A responsible person 15 years of age or older is required to enter the water for the entire duration of the lesson set. Aquatic Instructors will not have direct contact with you or your child and will maintain physical distancing. To add additional participants (from your Cohort), please contact the Facility Programmer via 311. To register, and search available programs, you can visit your Move Learn Play account
