Friday Night Snow Tubing at Sunridge
Hit up Sunridge Ski Hill on Friday nights to get your fix of snow tubing, live music, and a new brewery (for the parents) every week. Hops on the Hill is the best time to go snow tubing with the kids, and you can enjoy the live music and new weekly feature brewery while they’re snow tubing!

Delwood Family Valentine’s Day Dance
Join Delwood for a fun evening perfect for the whole family! Enjoy a live DJ and a concession. It’s a fun experience for the whole family, everyone can enjoy the music and atmosphere. The best part is the proceeds from the dance will be used towards a new playground build in the community.

Take a Valentine’s Day Cooking Class
This Valentine’s Day join Palates for a special 3 hour family cooking event. Using fresh dough and yummy toppings, families will work together to create a heart shaped, personalized pizza. For dessert, we will make red velvet cupcakes and a fresh cream cheese frosting. As a final valentines, sweet treat, families will enjoy a lovely chocolate fondue with an assortment of fruits to dip and enjoy. We look forward to seeing you this Valentine’s Day! Each family can include up to 4 people. Additional members can be added for additional fee. When signing up, please include a list of the names and ages of the participants in your family.

Wizard Lake Community Try It Festival
Join Leduc County and Wizard Lake Watershed Association on February 11th from 11 a.m. to 3p.m. for our annual Winter Try It Festival! The Festival takes place at the Wizard Lake day-use area and provides you with a chance to try a variety of winter sports and activities, including: Ice skating, Snowshoeing, Cross country skiing, Curling, Ice fishing, and more for you and the family to enjoy!! There will also be free hot dogs, hot chocolate, coffee, sleigh rides, a campfire, door prizes and live music!

This event is hosted by the Alpine Club of Canada Edmonton section with the Edmonton Ski Club and Factory Climbing. We have partnered with a number of local businesses in our city to bring you a variety of activities to enjoy. Try ice climbing, fat biking, cross country skiing and even ski races.

Skate n Sleigh at Bonnie Doon
Join the fun on Sunday, February 12 from 1 to 4pm for this FREE fun family event with gift bags for the first 100 guests, appearances by Ice Queen and Spidey, Horse drawn sleigh rides, prizes, hot chocolate and a chance to meet with the Flying Canoe Voyageurs! This free event is a great way to get out for an afternoon of fun on the ice!
