This weekend, it’s going to warm enough up to spend some time outside with the kids! We can’t wait to get out there to our favourite toboggan hills, hit up one of the Christmas or light up festivals, and spend time with friends and family enjoying the holiday season!

Magic of Lights at Rad Tourque Raceway
The magic of the season is back with the 2.5 km drive-through experience that will bring you under 1.5 million twinkling lights as you stay warm in your vehicle. It’s the perfect time to check out this year’s new displays, the Barbie and the Oh Canada tunnel! Don’t miss this one with the kids this year.

Get a FREE Photo with Santa
On Friday, take FREE photos with Santa with a donation to the food bank. Hot Chocolate and Candy Canes will be provided while you help to gather food for the Strathcona Food Bank and feed those in need! Time slots can be booked in advance by calling Flex at 780-416-6347.

Visit the CP Holiday Train
Visit the CP Holiday Train Thursday and Friday this week for a holiday light up to remember, hot chocolate and a Christmas concert with the kids. It’s a fun way to kick off the holiday season - but make sure you get there early, and bundle up!

Santa Convoy in Sherwood Park
Santa and friends will be visiting Strathcona County neighborhoods from a distance this year during the Santa Convoy. The convoy will parade Santa through Sherwood Park on December 10th and rural county towns on December 11th. Wave to Santa and his helpers from the comfort and safety of your driveway to wish them a happy holiday season on their journey.

Polar Express Pajama Party
Visit Telus World of Science to have a Pajama Party on Saturday morning in the IMAX. Tickets can be purchased in advance for the screening, and you can show up on Saturday morning for a fun way to start the weekend off with a classic on the big screen.

Brighten up Beaumont is back on December 10 from 4 - 9 p.m. Come for a stroll through Four Seasons Park and enjoy Beaumont’s annual winter celebration. See ice carving in action!

Grab your family and your skates and head over to your new favourite rink in ICE District Plaza! Skating rink is open every day from 10AM-10PM.
