Broadmoor Lake Playground

Introduction to RE/MAX Broadmoor Lake Playground and Spray Park

Cambrian Playground in Strathcona County feels like a burst of colour tucked into a quiet neighbourhood park. The big wooden wave climber is the star of the show, and kids can scramble across it from every angle like they’re riding a giant piece of surf. There’s a nice mix of natural climbing logs, ropes, and a smaller toddler area nearby, so it works just as well for little explorers as it does for bigger kids who want something more challenging.

Playground Features

  • The tallest, challenging climber of any playground in the city. Note that the slide is currently out of commission and has been removed from the climbing structure. The climber remains operational.

  • Two playgrounds in one

  • Adjacent spray park
