    StemaPalooza at the Science Centre on March 1 celebrates the importance of gender equality and empowers women and girls in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math). This event is in recognition of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, officially observed on February 11.

  • Try Orienteering at Fraser Park with Kids Run Wild
    Join Peter at the Fraser Community League for a Replacement Family Day Community Try-It event on Saturday, March 1, 2025. Pick up your map and listen to brief instructions anytime between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Courses will close at 6:30 PM.

    We invite kids ages 6–10 and their families to imagine what kindness means to them by making their own interactive storybook on iPad. They’ll draw, record sounds, add fun 3D shapes and more as they dive into the world of creative storytelling. Devices will be provided.
