Candy Cane Lane Turns into Walk Only for Three Nights in December

The opportunity to walk down Candy Cane Lane is back, for three nights in December. Park the car, walk down the lane and enjoy the lights with the kids December 9th and 16th, and 23rd, 2022.

Here’s what you should know before you visit Candy Cane Lane

  • Make sure to bundle up! It’s cold out there, especially if you’re walking the full lane

  • Bring a wagon for younger kids. Though you can use a sled if it’s extra icy, a wagon is going to make it much easier to maneuver and navigate through the sidewalks at Candy Cane Lane

  • Don’t skip the hot chocolate! Bring a thermos of hot chocolate, or grab a hot drink from one of the food trucks that will be on site during the Candy Cane Lane walking night.

  • Food trucks on site will be announced nearer to the event, on the Candy Cane Lane social media pages.

  • Walking nights are the perfect opportunity to take a little longer to enjoy the lights while walking, sledding, skiing, biking, or getting down the lane however you wish.

  • Don’t forget your donation for the Edmonton Food Bank! Find a green bin and stuff it with your donation to give back this holiday season.

Visit Candy Cane Lane at the website, www.yegcandycanelane.com.
