Drop-in times allow you to come and enjoy the gym on a casual basis, for children aged 6 and under. Drop-in is $10/session (or a pass for 6 visits for $50), $25/family and available every week. Capital City Gymnastics also hosts family drop in, Sundays between 3pm and 4pm.
