It’s a fun night out at Ice District with New Year’s Eve fireworks, musical acts and an Oilers Watch Party. This all ages event is a fun way to celebrate New Year’s Eve downtown in Edmonton with kids.
Fans are invited down to ICE District Plaza once again on Sunday, December 31 starting at 5:00 PM for a very special Molson Oilers Game Day Live watch party as the Edmonton Oilers faceoff against the Ducks live from Anaheim featuring food, drinks, entertainment from the Oilers DJ, the game on the giant screen, outdoor heaters, and epic prizes.
Following the game, ICE District Plaza will be transformed into an epic New Year’s Eve party featuring chart-topping country music sensation Josh Ross, Alberta’s own Taylor-Rae, giant countdown screens, and fireworks at the stroke of midnight.
The celebration will also include professional ice carving from the crew at Chiseled in advance of Edmonton’s International Ice Carving Competition returning to the ICE District Plaza January 18 – 20, 2024.
