grindstone and FAVA have come together to create a two-week summer camp for Edmonton teens to immerse themselves in the process of moving making, creating, directing and acting-in, their own short film.

‘The Bunker’: Leadership Camp
Ages: 12-17
This two-week camp for youth aged 12-17 includes field trips, games, bonding and opportunities to serve at local organizations while having fun and building leadership skills. The leadership academy provides practical knowledge from community leaders to build leadership skills in local youth.

Pottery Camp for Teens

Photography Exploration Camp
Ages 13-17
Learn how to take brilliant photos in a variety of settings both indoors and out. Practice taking photos of friends, family, and pets using a variety of lighting. Learn the fundamentals of photography by reviewing aperture, shutter speed, and composition. Practice using special effects and mirrors to create unique images. Participants must bring their own camera for this course.
