The Midway Kicks off the Month in St. Albert this Weekend - May 6-8, 2022

Wildrose Shows is bringing the midway to St. Albert this weekend. It’s your chance to get out and enjoy the gorgeous spring weather we’re experiencing in Edmonton.

What can you expect at the Midway? Open all weekend, there is no admission cost, and you can choose from two options when it comes to cashing in for the classic Midway rides: tickets sold separately at $1/ticket, or a bundle of up to 60 tickets (which will save you a few dollars), or a bracelet that you can use to ride all day ($40).

Here’s what you should know before you go:

  • If you’re going to be spending the day at the Midway but want to reduce the cost of the outing - bring your own water and snacks with you. Then, you can buy one or two of the staple snacks at the fair, without having to feed the whole family from the midway options.

  • Get there early if you plan to ride all day. This way, you’re going to get the best bang for your buck when you’re visiting, but you’re also going to get on rides quicker, with fewer lines, earlier in the day before the evening crowd hops on over.

  • The Midway at St. Albert will include 40+ classic fair rides, for a variety of ages. This means that you will find rides that are suitable for toddlers to teens, in one place.
